Head Games
When I fell in July, I was so focused on the pain from my broken ribs that I didn’t realize that I had hit my head. All through my recovery any pain in my head was eclipsed by rib, back and leg pain. I never had blurry vision, or headaches.
It wasn’t even until a few days after the accident that I reached up to feel the enormous swelling that had taken residence on the back of my head.
