Hey guys, check out NJ’s New Photo blog! I met her when I started http://animalworld.tumblr.com and reblogged one of her African animal pix — turns out that she’s an amazing person as well as a damn fine photographer…and unlike many tumblrs, she posts original work. The world is full of small wonders–visual surprises waiting to reveal themselves. I am always fascinated with the challenge of “seeing” things Up Close, with new eyes, telling stories in new ways, and of course, trying to keep a sense of humor about it all. njwightupclose, launched tonight with Right On Red, will be my 2012 playground. There’s lots of room in the sandbox for friends. As always, your encouragement and enthusiasm for Wild! Art has been so appreciated and I will continue to pour my heart into my first love.
